Job summary

OAKTREE CONSULTING is seeking a Warehouse Operative in Singapore to perform receiving, inspection, labeling, put-away, picking, packing and dispatch of goods in line with SOPs.

You will ensure accurate inventory handling, conduct stock and cycle counts, operate basic equipment, and maintain clean, safe, and organized warehouse areas. You must participate in shift handovers, support peak operations including overtime, and take on ad-hoc duties as assigned to ensure continuity.

Responsibilities

• Perform receiving, inspection, labeling, put away, picking, packing, and dispatch of goods in accordance with SOPs.
• Ensure correct handling of inventory to prevent damage, loss, or discrepancies.
• Conduct stock counts, cycle counts, and inventory checks as required.
• Operate basic warehouse equipment (e.g. pallet jacks, hand trucks; forklifts if licensed).
• Follow all workplace safety, health, and security procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned warehouse areas.
• Participate in proper shift handovers to ensure operational continuity.
• Support peak operations, overtime requirements, and urgent tasks when required.
• Assist with ad-hoc warehouse duties as assigned by supervisors.
