Job summary

ZHONG QI FUTURE (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations at our Kaki Bukit site, including receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch.

You will lead a team of about 7 drivers and warehouse staff, plan manpower, and drive accuracy and smooth daily workflows. The role requires 3–5 years in warehouse operations, with retail/FMCG experience preferred, strong leadership, and the ability to start immediately or on short notice.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in warehouse operations
• Retail or FMCG warehouse experience required
• Experience leading teams in a brand/company environment preferred
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Able to start immediately or on short notice preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations: receiving, storage, picking, packing, dispatch
• Lead and manage a team of around 7 drivers, admins and warehouse assistants
• Plan manpower allocation and ensure smooth daily workflow
• Monitor inventory accuracy and proper storage of goods
• Coordinate deliveries and work with internal departments
• Maintain warehouse safety, cleanliness and standards
• Identify opportunities to improve warehouse efficiency and productivity
