V RESOURCE MANPOWER PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead a team of cargo handlers. You will supervise operations, coordinate shipments, and ensure safety and compliance in daily warehouse activities.

The role requires ability to work permanent shifts, lift heavy objects, and communicate with airlines and third parties. Forklift experience and willingness to drive are preferred; color vision is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum diploma holders or experienced with warehouse operations.
• Possess Supervisory skills.
• Able to multi-task and communicate with third parties.
• Able to work permanent shift work.
• Able to lift heavy objects.
• Willing to learn to drive a forklift.
• Normal color vision (required due to job demands).

Responsibilities

• Handle Cargo shipments in the warehouse either by hand or forklift together with a group of Cargo handlers
• Check documentations and real time data, ensuring compliance with procedures and regulations.
• Attend to airlines and third parties like agents enquiries and follow-up on issues.
• Supervise and responsible for a team of Cargo handlers, ensuring Cargo shipments are loaded and unloaded on time and in compliance with all safety requirements.
