Job summary

GOLDEN DRAGON HUMAN RESOURCES is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations in Singapore. You will manage receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatching, plan inventory movement, monitor stock levels and supervise staff to meet efficiency goals.

Responsibilities include maintaining records, coordinating with suppliers and customers, and ensuring compliance with safety and company policies in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in warehouse or logistics roles, with supervisory exposure.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control and logistics procedures.
• Ability to lead a team and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatching.
• Plan and coordinate inventory movement for efficiency.
• Monitor stock levels and conduct regular stock checks.
• Supervise warehouse staff and allocate duties.
• Ensure proper storage, handling and labeling per procedures.
• Coordinate with suppliers, customers, transporters and internal departments.
• Maintain accurate warehouse records and prepare reports.
• Ensure workplace safety, housekeeping and policy compliance.
