Job summary

ELG Utica Alloys Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an Operations Supervisor to direct and coordinate warehouse activities, ensure accuracy of inventory, and drive efficiency and profitability. You will supervise the workforce, implement health and safety policies, and collaborate with logistics partners to optimize daily operations.

The role requires leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to improve processes while maintaining high standards of safety and quality in a fast-paced warehousing

Qualifications

• Experience supervising a warehouse workforce.
• Planning storage and daily operation activities.
• Knowledge of Health/Safety/Environment policies.

Responsibilities

• Supervise warehouse workforce and mentor team.
• Plan and coordinate storage and daily operations.
• Verify incoming/outgoing shipments against packing lists and delivery notes.
• Manage equipment maintenance and productivity.
• Prepare monthly KPI reports to Group level.
