Job summary

ELG Utica Alloys Singapore PTE. LTD. is seeking a reliable warehouse worker to prepare, pack, label, and load orders for delivery or pickup, and to receive and process stock.

You will maintain inventory accuracy, perform regular checks, report discrepancies, and keep the workspace clean and compliant with safety standards. The role is based at Pioneer, Monday to Friday, 7:15 am to 4:00 pm with a 45-minute lunch.

Qualifications

• Experience as a warehouse worker.
• Valid forklift license for operating warehouse vehicles.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Minimum GCE 'N' Level qualification.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, pack, label, and load orders according to delivery or pickup schedules.
• Receive, unload, sort, identify, label, and store stock to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Perform regular inventory checks and uphold audit-ready standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe workspace and optimize space utilization.
• Complete daily inventory logs to track stock movements.
• Promptly report discrepancies to supervisors.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and co-workers for smooth operations.
• Operate and maintain warehouse vehicles safely, with preventive checks.
• Follow quality service standards and comply with warehouse procedures.
