Job summary

International Brands Distribution Pte. Ltd is seeking an Assistant Warehouse Supervisor to ensure smooth goods flow and stock accuracy in our Singapore operation.

You will lead a warehouse team, maintain stock records, and coordinate with 3PL carriers to optimize fulfilment. Ideal candidates bring 2–5 years of warehouse experience, know how to use pallet jacks and order pickers, and can work a 5.5-day week including public holidays if needed.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in warehouse, inventory control or logistics.
• Able to lift up to 15 kg.
• Experience with pallet jacks and manual order pickers.
• Familiar with Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop or similar.
• 5.5-day work week incl. public holidays if needed.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick, pack, label, and dispatch daily retail and e-commerce parcels.
• Plan staff rosters, manage floor workflow, and allocate tasks across stations.
• Manage warehouse team, staffing pool and tasks.
• Generate daily/weekly stock movement reports and monitor PO status.
• Reconcile physical inventory with digital stock records to maintain 100% accuracy.
• Inspect incoming stock, coordinate with 3PL carriers and drivers.
• Operate manual order pickers and pallet jacks safely.
• Keep warehouse clean, organized, and hazard-free.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve fulfilment processes.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as required.
