Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE O level / NITEC in any relevant discipline.
• Minimum 3–5 years of related working experience in logistics / 3PL / Contract Logistics with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Proficiency with the usage of computers such as Microsoft Office, email, warehouse management system, and SAP system.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and manage an operation/admin team.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Meticulous, good analytical skills, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organization skills and planning skills.
• Ability to use MS Outlook for email communication.
• Proficient with computer function, Microsoft Office, email, warehouse management system and PO system.

Responsibilities

• Manage warehouse operations and drive process efficiency and effectiveness.
• Oversee inbound, outbound and all related operations activities.
• Monitor day-to-day operations to meet customer expectations.
• Communicate and coordinate with warehouse operation team per customer requirements.
• Assist with quality control and continuous improvement of the warehouse.
• Support day-to-day operations by monitoring and coordinating deliveries and shipments.
• Serve as the contact point with internal and external stakeholders on operation arrangements.
• Assist with customer/supplier inquiries via phone or email.
• Ensure all inventory transactions are completed on time and stock is accurate.
• Plan and conduct periodic stock quantity cycle counts per SOP.
• Ensure office areas are well maintained.
• Perform other related duties as required by supervisor.
