Job summary

Wesco in Singapore is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead a high-performing team and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment. You will implement new procedures, manage inventory, and ensure safe, efficient operations while delivering excellent service to internal and external customers.

This role requires strong communication, coaching, and cross-functional collaboration with sales, operations, and finance.

Qualifications

• Supervise warehouse team to ensure best in class service.
• Coach and develop team including team lead.
• Coordinate with sales to meet demand and service customers.
• Build relationships with leadership, sales, customer service, transportation, facilities, finance, audit, and quality teams.
• Design and implement new procedures; prepare cost projections.
• Monitor workflow and metrics; adjust as needed.
• Oversee safety programs and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Manage staffing plans to optimize labor costs and retention.
