Job summary

S&J Market Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Warehouse Operation Executive (Operation Div.) to manage order fulfilment, logistics, and partner coordination in a Tampines warehouse. The role supports learning the end-to-end ecommerce operations in a fast-growing startup.

Responsibilities include inventory audits, maintaining a safe workspace, and daily tasks like picking, packing, and shipping. Open to full-time, part-time, or contract engagements with a 8:30 am–5:30 pm schedule.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in warehouse operations or similar roles, preferably involving heavy inventory handling.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 25 kg).
• Strong understanding of warehouse safety protocols and best practices.
• Experience operating pallet jack or similar warehouse tools.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment and stay active throughout the shift.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Class 3 or Class 3A driving license holder is plus to handle delivery or topup arrangement by company van.

Responsibilities

• Handle order fulfilment, logistics, and liaise with logistics partners.
• Maintain and monitor warehouse environment, ensuring safety and organization.
• Execute daily tasks: order picking, packing, and shipping with accuracy.
• Collaborate with warehouse management to improve efficiency and workflows.
• Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards promptly.
