Job summary

DECLARATORS LOGISTICS PTE. LTD. invites a detail‑oriented warehouse operations assistant to join our Tampines team.

You will process inbound and outbound transactions in SAP and our in‑house WMS, reply to customer inquiries by email, and coordinate daily activities to keep orders moving smoothly. You’ll perform picking, packing, QC, monitor inventory, assist with stock takes, and liaise with the operations team to meet customer requirements.

Qualifications

• 5 working days per week.
• Basic computer skills and MS Office proficiency.
• Good work ethics and positive attitude.
• Able to handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Inexperienced applicants are welcome; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Process inbound and outbound transactions in SAP and WMS.
• Respond to customer enquiries via email with timely updates.
• Coordinate daily warehouse operations to ensure smooth order processing.
• Perform picking, packing and QC checks.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and update system records.
• Assist with stock takes and cycle counts as needed.
• Liaise with operations team to meet customer requirements.
• Resolve operational and system-related issues as directed.

• Reply to customer enquiries and provide timely updates via email.
• Coordinate daily warehouse operations to ensure smooth order processing.
• Perform picking, packing, and quality checking (QC) activities.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and update system records accordingly.
• Support stock take and cycle count activities when required.
• Liaise with operations team to ensure customer requirements are met.
• Assist in resolving operational and system-related issues.
• Follow instructions from the Supervisor/Manager and support daily operational requirements.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Supervisor or Management.

• Proficient in using computers and Microsoft Office
• Possess good work ethics and positive working attitude
• Able to handle pressure & adapt in a fast-pace environment
