Job summary

HRNET VENTURES PTE. LTD. is seeking a reliable Warehouse Associate at Tai Seng, Singapore. You will perform goods receiving, packing, inventory upkeep, and prepare shipments, supporting daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment.

We value punctuality, independence and teamwork. The role requires physical stamina for manual tasks, data entry for shipment tracking, and a proactive approach to maintaining a clean, safe workspace. Working hours are Mon-Fri, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.

Qualifications

• Prior warehouse experience preferred, especially goods receiving or pick & pack.
• Able to handle cartons and materials.
• Manual and repetitive tasks
• Basic IT literacy for data entry and shipment tracking
• Reliable and punctual
• Work independently and as part of a team
• No forklift or pallet jack licence required

Responsibilities

• Perform goods receiving with verification, unloading and documentation.
• Handle picking and packing of goods accurately and efficiently.
• Organise, label and maintain warehouse inventory.
• Assist with stock replenishment and cycle counts.
• Prepare shipments for dispatch, including packing.
• Maintain a clean, safe and orderly warehouse.
• Perform other ad-hoc warehouse duties as assigned.
• Manually stretch-wrap approximately 20 pallets per day
