Job summary

HRNET VENTURES PTE. LTD. is seeking meticulous Warehouse Assistants to support our client’s warehouse operations in Tai Seng, Singapore. The role is full-time and involves inbound unloading, picking, packing, labeling, staging, and regular inventory checks.

You will perform accurate data entry into ERP/WMS, adhere to safety guidelines, and collaborate with a team in a fast-paced environment. The schedule is 8:30am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday, with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of similar warehouse experience.
• Computer literate with basic data entry skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Strong team player with good communication.

Responsibilities

• Unload, verify, and put away inbound goods.
• Perform picking, packing, labeling and staging for outbound shipments.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and inventory verification.
• Enter data accurately into ERP/WMS and ensure records are up to date.
• Follow safety, sanitation, and operational guidelines at all times.
