Job summary

HRNET VENTURES PTE. LTD. invites applications for a Warehouse Assistant in Singapore. You will perform inbound warehouse operations, assist with unloading, checking, put-away and support picking, packing, and labeling for outbound shipments.

This role requires accuracy and teamwork in a fast-paced medical logistics environment. Working Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm, with office hours at Tai Seng. Salary up to SGD 3,000 per month depending on experience.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of relevant warehouse experience.
Computer literate and comfortable with basic system/data entry tasks.
Able to work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Meticulous and detail-oriented, with good inventory accuracy.
Good team player and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Perform inbound warehouse operations, including unloading, checking, verifying and put-away of goods.
Handle picking, packing, labeling and staging of outbound shipments accurately and efficiently.
Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory checks to maintain stock accuracy.
Perform timely and accurate data entry into warehouse/ERP systems.
Maintain proper warehouse housekeeping, safety and sanitation standards.
Follow established SOPs and operational guidelines to ensure smooth daily warehouse operations.
