Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is hiring a Warehouse Executive in Jurong East to support daily warehousing tasks, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatching goods.

The role offers a basic monthly salary of SGD 3,000–3,200 with HP allowances. You will maintain accurate inventory records, conduct stock checks, ensure proper documentation, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure on-time deliveries.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of warehouse experience.
• Basic computer knowledge in Excel and Inventory Systems Software.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods accurately and on time
• Pack goods precisely to prepare for timely delivery to customers
• Maintain and update accurate inventory records to support stock control activities
• Conduct regular stock checks and assist in inventory audits to verify stock accuracy
• Ensure proper documentation is completed for all incoming and outgoing goods
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety standards consistently
• Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate smooth warehouse operations and timely deliveries
• Perform additional general warehouse duties as assigned to support overall operations

• Working Days: Mon - Fri | 8.30am - 6pm
• Working Location: Jurong East
