Job summary

Recruit Now Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor/Manager in Singapore, based at Paya Lebar. The role oversees daily warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, and coordination with Sales, E-commerce and Logistics teams.

You will plan daily tasks, monitor stock movements, conduct regular stock counts, ensure proper storage and workplace safety, and supervise warehouse staff to meet orders on time.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of warehouse or logistics experience.
• Experience supervising or leading a warehouse team is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing and outgoing deliveries.
• Plan and assign daily tasks to warehouse staff.
• Ensure all stock movements are properly recorded and updated in the system.
• Maintain good inventory accuracy and investigate stock discrepancies.
• Conduct regular stock counts and support annual stock take.
• Ensure products are stored properly and warehouse space is organised efficiently.
• Monitor damaged, missing or incorrect stock and report issues accordingly.
• Coordinate with Sales, E-commerce and Logistics teams on stock and delivery requirements.
• Ensure orders are picked and packed accurately and on time.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organisation and workplace safety.
• Monitor warehouse staff attendance, productivity and work performance.
• Handle day-to-day warehouse operational issues and elevate major issues to management.

• Working Days and hours: 5.5 Day Work Week | Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm , Sat 9am - 1pm/ 10am - 2pm
