Job summary

CW SOLUTIONS is seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, handling and dispatching goods. The role focuses on maintaining accurate inventory and smooth operations across teams.

You will supervise staff, optimise stock levels, ensure safety, coordinate with suppliers and delivery personnel, and monitor shipments for timely deliveries. You'll also generate inventory reports and address operational issues as needed.

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, handling, and dispatching goods.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records are maintained.
• Supervise warehouse staff and assign daily tasks to ensure operational efficiency.
• Ensure proper storage, labelling, and organisation of goods and materials.
• Monitor incoming and outgoing shipments and ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Conduct regular stock checks and physical inventory counts to minimise discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards, company policies, and operational procedures.
• Coordinate with suppliers, delivery personnel, and other departments regarding stock movements and deliveries.
• Monitor warehouse equipment and ensure the warehouse is clean, organised, and well-maintained.
• Prepare inventory reports, identify operational issues, and perform other related duties as assigned by the employer.
