Qualifikationen

• Able to handle up to 20 kg load.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities with a track record of managing teams.
• Candidates with less than 3 years of managerial experience may be considered for a supervisor position.

Aufgaben

• Ensure proper and accurate placement of all goods.
• Support order fulfilment, picking, packing and ensuring on time delivery of merchandise with minimal fulfillment errors.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the warehouse team (about 10 pax), including training, scheduling and performance management.
• Work closely with retail operations and cross functional teams to resolve daily operational issues.
• Continuously evaluate warehouse processes and identify opportunities for improvement to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Establish and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
