Job summary

RABYTE PTE. LTD. is seeking a dynamic Warehouse and Operations Manager to oversee daily warehouse activities, drive efficient processes across the supply chain and lead a high-performing team.

You will manage inventory accuracy, implement KPI tracking, ensure safety standards, and collaborate with procurement, sales and customer service to align operations with business goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management, logistics, or operations.
• Proven track record in end-to-end warehouse operations and team leadership.
• Strong ability to improve operational efficiency, inventory accuracy and cost control.
• Solid knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management and logistics processes.
• Proficiency in WMS, SAP, ERP systems and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily inbound/outbound warehouse activities including receiving, put-away, picking, packing and dispatch.
• Maintain high inventory accuracy via cycle counts, stock audits and discrepancy investigations.
• Plan and optimise warehouse layouts, manpower deployment and equipment utilisation to boost productivity.
• Track KPIs such as safety (LTI), quality (RFT), delivery (OTD) and cost to meet targets.
• Recruit, train and coach warehouse staff; manage performance evaluations and development.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations (OSHA) and maintain 5S standards.
• Prepare annual budgets, manage costs and handle procurement of warehouse consumables.
• Collaborate with procurement, sales and customer service to align operations with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily Operations Management: Oversee all inbound and outbound activities, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and dispatch.
• Inventory Control: Maintain high inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts, stock audits, and discrepancy investigations.
• Workflow Optimization: Plan and optimise warehouse layouts, manpower deployment, and equipment utilisation to enhance productivity.
• Performance Monitoring: Track operational KPIs such as safety (LTI), quality (RFT), delivery (OTD), and cost to meet performance targets.
• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and coach warehouse staff; manage performance evaluations and skills development.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations (e.g., OSHA) and maintain 5S standards for a clean and organised environment.
• Budgeting & Resource Management: Prepare annual budgets, manage operational costs, and handle procurement of warehouse consumables.
• Strategic Collaboration: Work with procurement, sales, and customer service teams to align warehouse operations with broader business goals.

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management, logistics, or operations within the electronics or semiconductor industry.
• Proven experience in managing end-to-end warehouse operations and leading teams.
• Strong track record in improving operational efficiency, inventory accuracy, and cost control.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics processes
• Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP systems (e.g., SAP), and Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to analyze data, track KPIs, and implement process improvements
• Strong planning and organizational skills with attention to detail
