Job summary

Nexbridge Recruitment Pte Ltd is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee day-to-day store operations in Singapore, ensuring timely material handling and high service standards for customers. You will lead a store team, manage inventory, and drive improvements in logistics processes.

The role requires a Diploma in Logistics or related field, supervisory experience, and forklift exposure. Familiarity with WMS and SAP is a plus; on-site work in Singapore with safe workplace practices emphasized.

Qualifications

Diploma or equivalent qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain, Warehouse Management, Manufacturing, or a related discipline.
Experience in store, warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing operations with supervisory or team-leading experience.
Experience operating a forklift and reach truck is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day store operations including receiving, issuing, storage, and delivery of materials.
Ensure timely delivery and maintain high service standards for internal and external customers.
Address and resolve customer enquiries and complaints related to store and logistics operations promptly.
Monitor and analyse store performance metrics to identify improvement areas.
Drive continuous improvement to enhance logistics processes, improve productivity and reduce waste.
Conduct monthly cycle counts and consignment stock counts for inventory accuracy.
Oversee maintenance and control of store equipment and ensure safe operation.
