Job summary

HRNET VENTURES PTE. LTD. is seeking a Warehouse Executive in Jurong to support daily warehouse, inventory and logistics operations. You will handle receiving, storage, picking, packing and cargo release while maintaining accurate records in the WMS and performing stock checks.

Responsibilities include documenting transactions, coordinating with customers and drivers, and participating in continuous process improvements. This role offers permanent employment and on-site work in Jurong.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily receiving, checking, storage, picking, packing and cargo release.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and investigate stock discrepancies.
• Update transactions and job information in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Conduct stock counts and prepare inventory reports.
• Coordinate with customers, drivers, transport teams and warehouse staff.
• Prepare warehouse documents, delivery orders and billing information.
• Monitor incoming and outgoing cargo to ensure timely completion.
• Assist with WMS implementation and data migration.
• Support warehouse process improvement and housekeeping.
