Job summary

Geodis Singapore Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks a Warehouse Operations Coordinator to coordinate warehouse and logistics activities, respond to customer inquiries, and update order statuses with precision.

You will liaise with forwarders, truckers, warehouse teams and shipping personnel, and maintain KPIs and SOPs while overseeing local trucking, container stuffing/unstuffing as needed, stocktaking and billing support in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in warehouse operations and resource management in a warehouse environment.
• General knowledge of logistics.
• Proficient in warehouse and inventory management applications.
• Analytical skills and critical thinking.
• Strong sense of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement mindset.
• Competent in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Able to adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Reply to all customer inquiries and update order status.
• Coordinate with customer-appointed forwarder, local/international trucker, local/international warehouse team and shipping team.

• Arrange local trucks for collection/delivery.
• Arrange/coordinate container stuffing/unstuffing/fumigation with 3rd party vendor if required.
• Facilitate stocktaking activities.
• Arrange for packing/crating if required.
• Match/compile weekly and monthly spreadsheets for billing purposes.
• Physical check on receiving/releasing of goods when required.
• Assist warehouse team with container tally sheet and other ad hoc tasks.

About the role
