MST GOLF (SINGAPORE) PTE LTD is seeking a Warehouse Assistant cum Driver to handle delivery routing and day-to-day warehouse tasks in Singapore. You will assist in stock handling, event logistics, and general warehouse activities, contributing to smooth operations across outlets.

The role requires a reliable, proactive, and team-oriented individual capable of performing both driving and warehouse tasks, with a 5-day week and 44 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Minimum N Level or equivalent qualification required.
• 1–2 years of experience in driving lorries or delivery vehicles and warehouse operations preferred.
• Basic knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory handling, and stock management.
• Physically fit and able to lift/move goods as needed.
• Reliable, punctual and able to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver goods to own outlets and customers according to schedule and timelines.
• Support receiving, checking, storing, picking, packing and dispatching goods in the warehouse.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform basic vehicle checks.
• Provide logistics support for company events and exhibitions.
• Carry out other duties as instructed by supervisor.

Job description

As a Warehouse Assistant cum Driver is responsible for the safe and timely delivery of goods to company outlets, as well as supporting day-to-day warehouse operations. This role ensures efficient handling of incoming and outgoing stock, assists in warehouse organization, and provides operational support for company events and activities. The position requires a reliable, proactive, and team-oriented individual capable of performing both driving and warehouse tasks.

Job Responsibilities:

Delivery &Transportation

• Deliver goods to own outlets and customers according to the scheduled route and timeline.

• Ensure safe handling and transportation of goods to prevent damage.

• Maintain vehicle cleanliness, fuel levels, and basic vehicle maintenance.

• Report any vehicle or delivery issues promptly to the supervisor.

Warehouse Operations Support

• Assist in receiving, checking, and storing incoming goods accurately.

• Support the picking, preparation, and dispatch of outgoing goods for delivery.

• Ensure proper labeling, storage, and organization of inventory in the warehouse.

• Assist in periodic cycle count san physical inventory checks.

• Support all other warehousing functions as required to maintain operational efficiency.

Event &Fair Support

• Provide logistics support for company sales events, demo and exhibitions.

• Assist in the transportation, setup, and breakdown of event materials.

General Duties& Ad-Hoc Tasks

• Carry out any other duties as instructed by the supervisor or management.

• Undertake any other job functions assigned from time to time to support team and business operations.

Requirements:
