Job summary

ZHONGLIAN GLOBAL PTE. LTD. is seeking a reliable Warehouse Keeper in Singapore to manage daily warehouse operations, maintain accurate inventory using WMS, and ensure timely inbound receipt and outbound dispatch. You will support packing and repackaging tasks and help keep stock accurate and deliveries on schedule.

The role requires 1+ year of warehouse experience, basic English, and a mindset focused on accuracy and safety. Familiarity with FMCG or e-commerce warehousing is a plus.

Qualifications

• Requires at least 1 year of warehouse/inventory or logistics experience.
• Basic English reading of orders, system instructions and shipping documents.
• Certifications in logistics or forklift operation are a plus.

Responsibilities

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented and organized Warehouse Keeper to manage daily warehouse operations, maintain accurate inventory records via warehouse management software, ensure timely inbound receipt and outbound dispatch, and support order packing & repackaging tasks as needed. You will play a key role in keeping our stock accurate, operations efficient, and deliveries on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain the warehouse/inventory management software; record all inbound receipts, outbound shipments, stock transfers and adjustments in real time to ensure data accuracy
• Ensure timely completion of goods receiving, inspection, labeling and put-away processes; verify item quantity, quality and specifications against purchase orders and delivery notes
• Manage outbound operations: process shipment orders, pick items accurately, and ensure all orders are packed and dispatched on schedule to meet delivery deadlines
• Assist with order sorting, repackaging, labeling and bundling for staff/operational needs as required; ensure packages meet safety and shipping standards
• Conduct regular stock checks and cycle counts; reconcile physical inventory with system data; report discrepancies, damages, shortages or overstock to the supervisor promptly
• Maintain a clean, safe and orderly warehouse environment; organize stock locations and follow proper storage and handling procedures
• Coordinate with procurement, sales and logistics teams to resolve delivery delays, stock issues or order inquiries; update relevant parties on shipment status
• Follow all safety regulations, company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs) strictly

Job Requirements

• Education: High school diploma / Secondary school or above; relevant certification in logistics/supply chain is a plus
• Experience: 1+ years of warehouse, inventory or logistics operational experience; familiar with warehouse workflows
• Skills:
  • Proficient in using warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory tracking software or similar digital tools; comfortable with computer operations and data entry
  • Strong sense of time management; able to prioritize tasks and meet tight inbound/receiving and shipping deadlines
  • Careful, responsible and honest; high accuracy in data recording and stock handling
  • Physically fit; able to perform manual lifting, moving and standing for extended periods
  • Good teamwork and communication skills; willing to assist with shared tasks such as repackaging
• Language: Basic English proficiency (able to read orders, system instructions and shipping documents)

Preferred Qualifications，Chinese（need to handle orders with Chinese speaker Customer）

• Familiarity with common inventory software platforms; quick to learn new systems
• Experience in FMCG, e-commerce or general trading warehouse environments
• Valid forklift operation license or relevant certification is an advantage
