Job summary
Commonwealth Kokubu Logistics Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a capable IT support professional to provide Level 1 application support for core business systems such as WMS, EDI, and TMS.
You will manage change requests, coordinate SIT/UAT, and deploy updates while liaising with vendors and stakeholders. The role requires hands-on support for end-users, onboarding, device setup, and basic network and server upkeep.
Qualifications
- Experience providing Level 1 support for core business apps (WMS, EDI, TMS).
- Experience gathering requirements and coordinating SIT/UAT and deployments.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication.
Responsibilities
- Provide Level 1 support for core business applications including WMS, EDI, and TMS.
- Manage change requests and support IT project implementations including SIT/UAT and deployments.
- Liaise with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
- Troubleshoot systems and coordinate issue resolution with vendors.
- Provide end-user support including onboarding and device setup.
- Support servers, networks, and compute connectivity.
- Maintain inventory records for IT assets and licenses.
- Assist in IT procurement, documentation, and compliance tracking.
