Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. in Ang Mo Kio area seeks a warehouse clerk to handle receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, monitor deliveries, and support production with materials. The role requires basic computer skills including MS Excel and MS Word, with forklift certification being an advantage.

Working hours are 9am–6pm (Mon–Fri) and 9am–1pm on Saturdays, 5.5 days per week. Salary ranges from SGD 1,800 to SGD 2,200 plus AWS and VB, with on-site duties at Ang Mo Kio.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least Secondary
• Required skills: MS Excel, MS Word, and computer literacy
• Forklift license will be an advantage for the role

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safe receipt, storage, retrieval and timely dispatch of goods
• Identify areas of improvement and maximize productivity
• Prepare and manage the warehouse system to optimize time management
• Closely monitor all deliveries for raw materials for production
• Ensure FIFO stock arrangement and delivery
• Assist on incoming and outgoing cargo
• Implement and maintain detailed warehouse material identifications
• Create and implement a proper materials transfer system
• Maintain minimum stock levels and plan for capacity needs
• Support production with raw material/packaging withdrawals as needed
• Conduct monthly inventories and cycle counts
• Provide monthly inventory reports on materials and finished goods
• Maintain health, safety, cleanliness and security of warehouse areas
• Filing and arranging documents
• Any other tasks assigned by management and supervisor
