Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. invites applicants for a Warehouse Assistant position in Ang Mo Kio. You will ensure safe receipt, storage and timely dispatch of goods, and support inventory control.

Working hours are Mon-Fri 9am-6pm, Sat 9am-1pm, 5.5 days, in a role with SGD 1,800–2,200 monthly salary plus AWS and VB. Candidates must have secondary education; MS Excel/Word and computer literacy are required, forklift license is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have at least a secondary education.
• Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word; computer literate.
• Forklift license advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
• Identify areas for productivity improvements and maximize efficiency.
• Prepare and manage warehouse system to optimize time management.
• Monitor deliveries of raw materials for production.
• Maintain FIFO, stock levels, and inventory accuracy.
• Assist with inbound/outbound cargo.
• Implement and maintain materials transfer system.
• Prepare inventory reports and conduct monthly counts.
• Ensure health, safety, cleanliness, and security of the warehouse area.
• Document filing and other duties as assigned.
