Job summary

INGRASYS (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a Warehouse Assistant to support warehouse operations by ensuring accurate receipt, storage, kitting, and dispatch of materials and finished goods, while maintaining inventory accuracy and complying with RBA standards.

You will report to the Store Supervisor, handle goods in a timely manner, perform 5S housekeeping, stock-take activities, and collaborate with production and logistics teams to meet delivery requirements.

Qualifications

• O Level or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience in a warehouse or logistics.
• Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory control processes.
• Ability to perform physical warehouse tasks and work effectively in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational and communication skills.
• Comply with company policies, safety requirements, and Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) standards.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Store Supervisor and ensure assigned tasks are completed accurately and within established timelines.
• Receive, organize, and store incoming materials, and coordinate the dispatch of outgoing finished goods.
• Maintain good housekeeping practices through adherence to 5S standards and ensure stock cards are updated accurately and promptly.
• Ensure accurate kitting of materials to support production requirements.
• Assist with the delivery and shipment of finished goods, verifying that all required documentation is complete and accurate before dispatch.
• Participate in stock-taking activities and promptly report any inventory discrepancies to the supervisor.
