Job summary

Cyrus Technology Pte Ltd is seeking a warehouse/Logistics intern or part-time role in Singapore. The position focuses on receiving, inspecting, and organizing goods, maintaining accurate inventory, and supporting order fulfillment.

• Currently studying or recently completed in Logistics/Supply Chain.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
• Willing to learn and work as part of a team.
• Responsible, hardworking, and willing to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Receiving and Inspecting of Goods: verify quantity, check for damages, report discrepancies, ensure proper handling and storage.
• Inventory Management: tidy and organise inventory, maintain accurate records, conduct regular checks, report discrepancies.
• Order fulfilment: retrieve and pack shipments according to delivery schedules, coordinate with departments for deliveries and pickups.
• Warehouse Organization: ensure inventory is well organized and stored according to 5S standard.
• General Support: initiate and collaborate on work improvements to enhance processes and work environment.

Job Description & Requirements

1) Receivingand Inspecting of Goods

• To verify the quantity of goods, inspect for damages and report discrepancies.

• To ensure proper handling and storage of goods.

2) InventoryManagement

• To tidy and organise all inventory and maintain accurate records for accurate monitoring

• To conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies.

3) Orderfulfilment

• To retrieve and pack shipment orders according to delivery schedules, and coordinate with inter-departments for deliveries and pickups.

4) WarehouseOrganization

• To ensure inventory are well organised and stored at stipulated locations so as to achieve and maintain warehouse 5S standard.

5) GeneralSupport

• To initiate and collaborate on work improvements projects to improve processes and work environment.

Requirements

• Currently studying or recently completed Nitec/Higher Nitec/Diploma in Logistic/Supply Chain or related

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).

• Willing to learn and work as part of a team.

• Responsible, hardworking, and willing to follow instructions.

• Able to handle light to moderate lifting.

• Knowledge of ERP/Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is an advantage but not required.

• Forklift licence is an advantage but not required.
