Job summary

Asendia Singapore PTE. LTD. is seeking an Operations Assistant to join the Hub Operations team in Singapore. You will be responsible for carrying out fulfilment activities in the warehouse, ensuring orders are processed accurately and on time, and supporting daily warehouse tasks.

The role requires basic Microsoft Office skills, adaptability, and the ability to work independently or in a team, with weekend/PH availability when needed.

Qualifications

• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office & Outlook.
• Willing and capable of working in a fast setting.
• Adaptability and a desire to learn.
• Capable of working both independently and in a group.
• Able to work during weekends / PH when required.
• Practical warehouse experience in logistic industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inventory checks and inspections of new shipments.
• Pick and pack e-commerce parcels daily, ensuring orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
• Replenish stock on shelves daily, ensuring product availability.
• Perform monthly cycle counts and stock takes to maintain accurate inventory records.
• Scan all parcels timely using the scanning machine.
• Sort parcels, bag, palletize and shrink-wrap outbound shipments to prepare them for dispatch.
• Process daily orders via in-house system, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfilment.
• Maintain workspace with general housekeeping.
• Any other tasks assigned by supervisor.
