Job summary

Asendia Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an Operations Assistant located in Singapore. You will be part of the Hub Operations team, carrying out fulfilment activities in the warehouse with duties including picking, packing, replenishing stock and ensuring timely order processing.

Your responsibilities include conducting inventory checks, monthly cycle counts, scanning parcels, sorting and preparing shipments for dispatch, while maintaining a tidy workspace.

Qualifications

• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office & Outlook.
• Willing and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
• Adaptability and a desire to learn.
• Able to work independently and in a group.
• Able to work during weekends / PH when required.
• Practical warehouse experience in logistics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inventory checks and inspections of new shipments.
• Pick and pack e-commerce parcels daily, ensuring orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
• Replenish stock on shelves daily, ensuring product availability.
• Perform monthly cycle counts and stock takes to maintain accurate inventory records.
• Scan all parcels timely using the scanning machine.
• Sort parcels, bag, palletize and shrink-wrap outbound shipments to prepare them for dispatch.
• Process daily orders via in-house system, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfilment.
• Maintain workspace with general housekeeping.
• Any other tasks assigned by supervisor.
