Job summary

JOB EXPRESS SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking a Warehouse Executive to join our team in Ubi, Singapore. This full-time role covers daily warehouse operations, stock movements and coordination with Sales, Operations, Drivers and 3PL partners. Mon-Fri, 8am-6pm, with regular stock takes and delivery scheduling.

The successful candidate will ensure inventory accuracy, manage inbound/outbound processes and support ad-hoc warehouse duties as required by the Manager.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations including opening/closing, picking, put-away, housekeeping and stock movement.
• Monitor internal and 3PL stock, including daily replenishment and stock transfers.
• Coordinate twice-daily replenishment orders based on Sales and warehouse requirements.
• Arrange and monitor daily delivery schedules and follow up with drivers on delivery issues.
• Coordinate closely with 3PL partners on stock, transfers and operational matters.
• Conduct monthly stock take and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Coordinate incoming cargo receiving, container unstuffing and export packing.
• Handle rejected/damaged materials and ensure proper stock movement and documentation.
• Coordinate warehouse-related services such as waste collection and pest control.
• Manage MRU and other warehouse stock movements between designated locations.
• Work closely with Sales, Operations, Drivers and 3PL teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Perform other ad-hoc warehouse duties as assigned by the Manager
