Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an Operations Warehouse Manager to lead daily warehouse operations, optimize workflows and ensure accurate inbound, outbound and inventory control.

You will implement SOPs, set KPIs for pickers, train teams on procedures, and bridge communication between top management and ground staff. The role offers a 5.5-day week with a salary up to SGD 4,300.

Candidates with a Diploma in Logistics or Operations Management are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum diploma in logistics or operations management.
• Familiar with SOP setup and warehouse operations.
• Singapore-based with willingness to work 5.5 days

Responsibilities

• Set up and analyze daily operational workflows to optimize productivity and remove bottlenecks.
• Set up, implement, maintain and control SOP processes (inbound / picking / delivery / returns / inventory cycle counting).
• Hold frequent meetings with warehouse team to bridge communications between top management and team on the ground.
• Train and supervise various teams on SOPs and monitor lapses and implement corrective actions with the aim of fostering a culture for accountability.
• Implementing of KPIs for pickers based on data such as picking time, number of orders fulfilled.
• Tie up cross functional teams (indoor sales / warehouse picking / delivery )
• Allocation of staff across various roles based on their strengths

• 5.5 Days work per week (Mon to Fri 830am-530pm, Sat 830am - 1230pm (Alt Sat work))
