Job summary

s. f. express (singapore) private limited is seeking an experienced Warehouse & Distribution Solutions Specialist/Senior Specialist to lead integrated warehousing solutions for High-Tech and New Energy sectors in Singapore.

You will translate customer requirements into practical designs, cost models and implementation plans. You will work with Sales, Operations and Finance to develop pricing models, ensure feasibility, and comply with GST and cross-border terms.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, Business or a related discipline.
• At least 7 years of relevant experience in warehousing, distribution, supply chain solutions, contract logistics, or 3PL/4PL solution design.
• Experience supporting customers in High-Tech, electronics, advanced manufacturing, New Energy, EV/battery, automotive or related industries.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, distribution models and end-to-end supply chain processes.
• Demonstra ted experience in developing warehouse cost models, pricing structures, quotations and profitability/breakeven analysis.
• Strong proficiency in Excel or other relevant tools for cost modelling and solution analysis.
• Familiarity with the Singapore and/or Southeast Asia warehousing and logistics market.
• Working knowledge of Singapore GST, customs requirements, cross-border logistics and Incoterms.
• Strong customer-facing, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to independently manage customer requirements and coordinate cross-functional resources from solution development through implementation.
• Good working proficiency in both English and Mandarin is required.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse & Distribution Solutions Specialist / Senior Specialist to support the development of integrated warehousing and distribution solutions for customers in the High-Tech and New Energy sectors, including electronics, advanced manufacturing, EV/battery and automotive-related industries.

The role is responsible for translating customer requirements into practical and commercially viable logistics solutions, covering needs analysis, solution design, cost modelling, pricing, proposal development and implementation support.

The successful candidate should combine strong warehousing and distribution knowledge with commercial awareness and be comfortable working directly with customers and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Design & Customer Requirements

• Engage customers to understand their warehousing, distribution and fulfilment requirements, including storage profiles, inventory characteristics, SKU structure, order volumes, service levels and operational constraints.

• Conduct site visits, operational assessments and requirements analysis where required.

• Design customised warehousing and distribution solutions for High-Tech and New Energy customers, including electronics, advanced manufacturing, EV/battery and automotive-related industries.

• Develop operational workflows, resource requirements, storage concepts, distribution models and implementation plans based on customer requirements.

• Work closely with Sales and Operations teams to ensure proposed solutions are operationally feasible and commercially competitive.

Cost Modelling & Pricing

• Develop warehouse and distribution cost models based on storage requirements, throughput, manpower, equipment, transportation and other operating cost drivers.

• Conduct profitability and breakeven analysis to support commercial decision-making.

• Develop pricing and quotation models, including volume-based, tiered or ramp-up pricing structures where appropriate.

• Review solution assumptions and cost components to ensure pricing accuracy and commercial sustainability.

Customer & Commercial Support

• Support business development activities for target customers in the High-Tech and New Energy sectors.

• Develop customer profiles, market insights and potential account lists to support commercial pipeline development.

• Participate in customer meetings, solution presentations, proposal discussions and tender processes.

• Translate customer requirements into structured solution proposals and support commercial discussions through to project award and implementation.

Compliance & Cross-Border Solutions

• Incorporate relevant Singapore customs, GST and regulatory considerations into logistics solution design.

• Apply working knowledge of cross-border logistics, international trade terms and Incoterms when developing customer solutions.

• Work with relevant internal stakeholders to ensure proposed solutions meet applicable operational and regulatory requirements.

Implementation & Cross-Functional Coordination

• Develop customer onboarding and implementation plans, including project timelines, checklists, responsibilities and key milestones.

• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Finance, Technology and other relevant stakeholders to support smooth project implementation.

• Monitor implementation progress and address solution-related issues during project transition and launch.

• Support post-implementation reviews and solution optimisation where required.

Solution Tools & Standardisation

• Develop, maintain and improve cost models, pricing tools, solution templates and proposal materials.

• Support the preparation of customer proposals, quotations, tender documents and presentation materials.

• Contribute to the standardisation and continuous improvement of warehouse and distribution solution-development processes.
