Job summary

EA RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Supply Chain / Logistics coordinator to handle import, export, and transfer activities from our West Area operations.

The role focuses on accurate inventory management and maintaining proper records for all transactions. The candidate should have a Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, be willing to support operations on weekends and after hours, and be proficient with Outlook and Microsoft Office tools.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of import/export processes and cross-border documentation.
• Experience in inventory management with proper records and transactions.
• Proficient in Outlook and Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint; knowledge of VLOOKUP & Pivot Table is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate import, export and transfer activities.
• Maintain inventory records and accurate transactions.
• Foster good relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Monitor and update department KPIs and take on additional tasks as assigned.
• Coordinate daily operations with the Warehouse Team.
• Support other functions within the department and with peers as needed.
• Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor.

• Basic $2800 - $3100 + Performance Bonus
• Working location: West Area (Penjuru Lane)
• Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm
• Company Transport Provided and Aircon Environment

Job Responsibilities:

• Import, Export & Transfer coordination
• Inventory Management with proper records and transactions
• Maintain good relationship with Customer & Colleagues
• Up Keep Department KPI and take on additional task when assign
• Coordination with Warehouse Team for daily Operations
• Support other Functions within department and Peers when needed
• Ad hoc tasks assigned by Superior

Requirements:

• Knowledge of Import & Export, Inventory management & WMS applications
• Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain Management
• Willing to Support Operations even on Weekends and after Office Hours
• Knowledge in Outlook and Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, V look-up & Pivot Table)
