Job summary

Educare Human Capital is assisting a Logistics 3PL MNC to expand their warehouse team in Woodlands, Singapore. The temp contract role runs for 2 months and may convert to permanent based on performance.

Daily operations include inbound/outbound activities, accurate handling and storage, WMS/SAP usage, stock checks, and timely order preparation. Safety and compliance are emphasised throughout.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of logistics experience.
• Proficient with ERP/WMS (SAP).
• Familiar with inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily inbound and outbound warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, sorting, and dispatching goods.
• Ensure accurate handling, labelling, and storage of inventory in accordance with company procedures.
• Update and maintain inventory records using the Warehouse Management System (WMS) or SAP.
• Conduct stock checks, cycle counts, and assist in inventory reconciliation when required.
• Prepare orders for shipment while ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Load and unload goods safely and efficiently, following workplace safety guidelines.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organisation, and compliance with safety and operational standards.
• Support other warehouse and logistics duties as assigned to meet operational requirements.

Job description

Our Client is a Logistics 3PL MNC looking to expand their Warehouse Team to support their growing business.

Working Hours: 8am to 5:30pm
Working Location: Woodlands (Shuttle Bus available)

This is a Temp Contract role for 2 months. Convertable to Permanent if keen. Subject to Performance.

$10.50/hr

Job Responsibilities

• Proficient in using ERP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), such as SAP, for inventory and order management.
• Minimum 1-2 years experience in the Logistics Industry.
• Pallet Jack, Reach Truck or Stacker experience preferred.
• Comfortable working at height.
