Job summary

MINERVA WORKS PRIVATE LIMITED seeks a warehouse operator to manage daily kit movements, control inventory, and support urgent deliveries. The role focuses on accurate verification of parts, proper packing, and timely documentation to ensure smooth logistics operations.

You will coordinate with QC, production, and logistics teams, maintain stock records, and uphold a clean, organized workspace following 5S principles. Regular hours with a monthly transport allowance are provided.

• Handle daily movement of kit inventory and monitor stock levels.
• Verify kit completeness and conditions during outgoing and incoming shipments.
• Pack parts securely and document Gate Pass/Delivery Orders and packing lists.
• Coordinate pick-ups with logistics providers and update systems in real time.
• Maintain 5S practices and keep the warehouse clean and organized.

Job description

Main Role:

Handle daily movement of etch module kits, control inventory, and support urgent delivery needs while maintaining an organized warehouse.

Daily Activities

1. Outgoing (Send for Refurbishment).
   • Check kit completeness using checklist. Perform physical verification of quantity, part numbers, and general condition.
   • Pack parts properly to prevent damage and contamination during transport.
   • Ensure correct documentation (Gate Pass/Delivery Orders, packing lists, tracking records).
   • Arrange and coordinate timely pick-up with logistics providers
2. Incoming (After Refurbishment)
   • Perform physical verification of quantity, part numbers, and general condition
   • Ensure all documentation is complete and aligned with requirements
   • Record and accelerate any discrepancies, damages, or missing components
3. Urgent Delivery Handling
   • Fast-track receiving, inspection coordination, and system updating to enable immediate dispatch Prioritize receiving and checking
   • Coordinate closely with QC, production, and logistics providers to meet urgent turn around timelines
   • Provide real-time status updates to stakeholders on urgent deliveries
4. Inventory Control
   • Maintain accurate inventory records of consignment parts
   • Monitor stock levels to support continuous operations
   • Perform periodic stock counts and reconciliation
   • Track all inventory movements and update systems promptly
   • Escalate shortages, discrepancies, and slow-moving inventory
5. Shuttle Box Control
   • Collect empty shuttle boxes
   • Arrange return to factory
   • Track quantity and condition
6. Warehouse Housekeeping
   • Keep area clean and organized
   • Label and arrange parts properly
   • Follow 5S practice

Work Day: Monday to Friday
Work Time: 8.30am to 6pm
Transport Allowance: $100 per month
