Job summary

Minerva Works Pte Ltd seeks a meticulous Warehouse Specialist to handle daily movement of etch module kits, control inventory, and support urgent delivery needs while maintaining an organized warehouse.

You will manage outgoing and incoming goods, verification, documentation, coordination with logistics, and ensure fast response to urgent requests. Emphasis on accuracy, coordination with QC and operations, and a clean, 5S workplace. Work hours are Mon-Fri, 8:30am–6pm.

Responsibilities

• Outgoing: verify kit completeness, packing, proper docs, arrange pickup with logistics
• Incoming: verify quantity/part numbers/condition, complete documentation, note discrepancies
• Urgent Delivery Handling: fast-track receiving, coordinate with QC/production/logistics, real-time status updates
• Inventory Control: maintain inventory records, monitor stock levels, periodic counts, track movements, escalate shortages
• Shuttle Box Control: collect empties, return to factory, track quantity and condition
• Warehouse Housekeeping: keep area clean, label parts, follow 5S

Main Role:

Handle daily movement of etch module kits, control inventory, and support urgent delivery needs while maintaining an organized warehouse.

Daily Activities

1. 1. Outgoing (Send for Refurbishment).
   
   • a. Check kit completeness using checklist. Perform physical verification of quantity, part numbers, and general condition.
   • b. Pack parts properly to prevent damage and contamination during transport.
   • c. Ensure correct documentation (Gate Pass/Delivery Orders, packing lists, tracking records).
   • d. Arrange and coordinate timely pick-up with logistics providers
2. 2. Incoming (After Refurbishment)
   
   • a. Perform physical verification of quantity, part numbers, and general condition
   • b. Ensure all documentation is complete and aligned with requirements
   • c. Record and elevate any discrepancies, damages, or missing components
3. 3. Urgent Delivery Handling
   
   • a. Fast-track receiving, inspection coordination, and system updating to enable immediate dispatch Prioritize receiving and checking
   • b. Coordinate closely with QC, production, and logistics providers to meet urgent turn around timelines
   • c. Provide real-time status updates to stakeholders on urgent deliveries
4. 4. Inventory Control
   
   • a. Maintain accurate inventory records of consignment parts
   • b. Monitor stock levels to support continuous operations
   • c. Perform periodic stock counts and reconciliation
   • d. Track all inventory movements and update systems promptly
   • e. Escalate shortages, discrepancies, and slow-moving inventory
5. 5. Shuttle Box Control
   
   • a. Collect empty shuttle boxes
   • b. Arrange return to factory
   • c. Track quantity and condition
6. 6. Warehouse Housekeeping
   
   • a. Keep area clean and organized
   • b. Label and arrange parts properly
   • c. Follow 5S practice

Work Day: Monday to Friday
Work Time: 8.30am to 6pm
