Job summary

FS TECH PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a diligent Warehouse Assistant to support daily operations under SOP and 6S. You will ensure timely order fulfillment by performing receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping, while maintaining accurate records.

A minimum NITEC or higher in logistics, plus at least two years of warehouse experience, is required. Fresh graduates in related fields are welcome. You will work closely with the team to improve efficiency and learn in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• NITEC or higher in Logistics, SCM, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years warehouse experience with inbound/outbound operations.
• Able to use basic office software.
• Able to work in a team with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily warehouse operations per SOP and 6S for timely order fulfilment.
• Handle issues during order processing or delivery; escalate as needed.
• Carry out receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping within timelines.
• Maintain basic operational records and assist data reporting.
• Work with team to support smooth operations and improve efficiency.
• Maintain on-site 6S standards and assist supervisor in daily duties.

Requirements

• NITEC or higher qualification, preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.

• At least 2 years of warehouse experience; familiar with inbound and outbound operations and basic office software.
