Job summary

Allpress Espresso Singapore PTE. LTD. is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Assistant to join our Singapore team.

You’ll manage stock, pack customer orders accurately, and handle deliveries while supporting the team with warehouse duties, event support, and admin. Get hands-on with espresso machinery – La Marzocco, Mazzer, Mythos, Mahlkönig and others – from setup to troubleshooting, and carry out on-site service visits across Singapore.

Qualifications

• You love coffee and talking to people; you have a sharp eye for detail.
• Experience in a café or the wider F&B industry is a strong plus.
• Experience working with tools and machinery (electrical and hydraulics) is helpful.
• A valid driver’s licence is required.
• Strong organisation and timekeeping, ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Coffee-making experience and/or a coffee industry background is a plus, not essential.

Responsibilities

• Managing stock levels and packing customer orders accurately and on time.
• Handling deliveries.
• Supporting the team as needed — warehouse duties, event support, and admin.
• Getting hands-on with espresso machinery — La Marzocco, Mazzer, Mythos, Mahlkönig, and others — from setup to troubleshooting.
• Carrying out onsite service visits for customers across Singapore.
