Job summary

ANRADUS PTE. LTD. in Singapore is looking for a Warehouse Assistant/Logistics Assistant to manage incoming and outgoing goods. Responsibilities include receiving raw materials, ensuring proper storage, and coordinating shipments. Candidates should have an O-Level qualification and preferably some logistics experience.

The position offers a permanent role with a standard work week from Monday to Friday. Knowledge of MS Office and experience with SAP are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Minimum O-Level or relevant qualification.
• Experience in logistics or warehousing preferred.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unpack, and record incoming raw materials and goods.
• Ensure proper storage, labelling, and documentation.
• Replenish raw materials for production (Kanban system).
• Pack and record finished goods from production.
• Coordinate with Sales department for shipments.
• Conduct cycle counts for inventory accuracy.
• Report discrepancies or faulty materials.
• Maintain a clean and organized workplace.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Salary Package: Basic + $100 Transport Allowance + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, unpack, and record incoming raw materials and goods.
• Ensure proper storage, labelling, and documentation of materials and finished products.
• Replenish raw materials for production (Kanban system).
• Pack and record finished goods from production.
• Coordinate with the Sales department to arrange timely shipments.
• Conduct cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Report any discrepancies or faulty materials to the Team Leader or Purchasing team.
• Maintain a clean and organized workplace in line with 5S standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the superior.
