Job summary

TPG Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a diligent warehouse packer to accurately box products, maintain neat packing stations, and inspect items for defects before shipping. You will count orders, manage stock levels, assist in unloading goods, and perform lifting and cleaning duties in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

You will communicate with team members in English and Mandarin, ensuring smooth operation and high quality fulfillment.

Qualifications

• Able to perform physically demanding tasks.
• Able to converse in English & Chinese to effectively communicate with Chinese-speaking clients.

Responsibilities

• Pack products accurately into boxes following guidelines.
• Maintain organized packing stations and work areas.
• Inspect products for defects before packaging.
• Count and verify items for accurate order fulfillment.
• Manage store and inventory, oversee stock levels and records.
• Assist in unloading and receiving goods.
• Perform lifting, carrying, stacking as required.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and keep areas clean.
• Perform scheduled cleaning activities to maintain warehouse hygiene.
• Handle any other duties assigned by reporting officer.

Pack products accurately into appropriate boxes, according to established guidelines and standards.

Maintain organized packing stations and work areas to facilitate efficient and smooth packing operations

Inspect products for defects, damage, or discrepancies before packaging to ensure that only high-quality items are shipped to customers.

Count and verify the quantity of items and orders being packed to ensure accuracy in the order fulfilment process.

Managing the store and inventory including but not limited to, overseeing stock levels, maintaining proper stock records, and implementing effective store management practices.

Assist in unloading and receiving of goods

Perform manual labour tasks, such as lifting, carry, stacking

Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines

Perform scheduled cleaning activities to maintain cleanliness of warehouse

Any other duty assigned by reporting officer
