Job summary

You will analyze processes from receiving to storage, enter data accurately, report incidents and maintenance needs, and support improvement projects to boost efficiency.

This role requires attention to detail and the ability to work with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in a dynamic warehouse environment in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Develop warehouse layout and planning.
• Oversee warehouse documentation and inventory management.
• Manage the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Analyze warehouse processes, from receiving and handling to distribution and storage, to improve efficiency.
• Date entry & handle paperwork
• Identify and report any maintenance, improvement, or repair needs to the supervisor.
• Report any incidents in the warehouse to the supervisor.
• Handle any additional projects or tasks as assigned.
