Job summary

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Warehouse Associate to perform daily warehouse and logistics tasks, following SOPs and ensuring accurate inventory control and timely processing of shipments.

You will coordinate with internal and external parties, verify inbound and outbound shipments, maintain stock records, and assist with loading, unloading, and warehouse housekeeping to keep operations organized.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily warehouse and logistics activities, including receiving, inspection, picking, packing and inventory control per SOPs.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external parties to support smooth warehouse operations.
• Receive, unpack, organise and store goods in designated warehouse locations.
• Maintain accurate stock records and report discrepancies or missing cargo to Customer Service or supervisor.
• Verify incoming shipments against invoices, packing lists and purchase details; ensure goods are in good condition.
• Verify outgoing shipments against invoices and order details; ensure correct goods before release to transporters.
• Assist with loading and unloading of goods and other shipping-related warehouse activities.
• Ensure all inventory movements and stock quantities are recorded in the system.
• Perform picking and packing accurately and record cargo dimensions.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organise equipment in good working condition.

Job description

• Perform daily warehouse and logistics activities, including receiving, inspection, picking, packing and inventory control, in accordance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

• Coordinate with internal departments and external parties to support smooth warehouse and logistics operations.

• Receive, unpack, organise and store goods in their designated warehouse locations.

• Maintain accurate stock records and promptly report stock discrepancies, relocation requirements or missing cargo during picking to the Customer Service team or supervisor.

• Verify incoming shipments against invoices, packing lists and purchase/order details, and ensure goods are received in good condition.

• Verify outgoing shipments against invoices, packing lists and order details to ensure the correct goods are prepared before release to transporters, drivers or export containers.

• Assist with the loading and unloading of goods and handle shipping-related warehouse activities.

• Ensure all inventory movements and stock quantities are accurately recorded in the relevant system.

• Perform picking and packing activities accurately and ensure cargo dimensions are measured and recorded correctly.

• Maintain proper housekeeping, cleanliness and organisation of the warehouse and ensure warehouse equipment is kept in good working condition.
