Job summary

RecruitFirst Pte. Ltd in Tampines is seeking a warehouse associate to check goods, pack items, label, and stage cargo for dispatch. The role requires 1–2 years of warehousing experience, proficiency in MS Office, and a valid forklift license. The position is a 2-year contract with transport provided.

Working hours follow a 4 on / 3 off cycle, day shifts from 8:30am to 8:45pm. Candidates must be able to lift up to 25kg and maintain a safe warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years warehousing experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Must have a valid forklift license.
• Able to lift 25 kg.

Responsibilities

• Check incoming goods against packing lists and inspect for damage.

• Apply labels and barcodes, perform final quality checks, stage cargo for courier pickup.
• Assist with loading/unloading and move goods around the warehouse as required.
• Maintain a clean, safe working environment at all times.

Job Details:

• Location: Tampines (Company transport provided)
• Salary: Up to $2,900 Basic + $130 Fixed Allowance + $11 per Morning Shift Allowance + AWS + VB
• Duration: 2 years contract (renewable/convertible)
• Working hours: 4 working day/3 rest day/3 working day/4 rest day, 830am to 845pm (day shifts only)

Job Scope:

• Check incoming goods against packing lists, and inspect items for any damage or defects.
• Locate items in storage using pick lists, securely pack them into cartons, and prepare pallets for shipment.
• Apply correct labels and barcodes, perform final quality checks, and stage cargo for courier pickup.
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks and physically move goods around the warehouse as needed.
• Keep the warehouse organized and ensure a clean, safe working environment at all times.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in warehousing
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & Outlook)
• Must have valid forklift license
• Comfortable to carry boxes of raw materials (min. 25kg)
