Job summary

Lionsbot International Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a warehouse operator to support daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, crating, and dispatch, while ensuring safety, accuracy, and timeliness.

You will perform labeling, scanning, put-away, stock checks, and use the warehouse management system to maintain records. Forklift licence and reach truck experience are essential; basic computer skills and the ability to work independently or in a team are

Qualifications

• Minimum secondary education preferred.
• Previous warehouse or logistics experience is an advantage.
• Forklift licence is a must; reach truck experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming goods and verify quantities against delivery orders and supporting documents.
• Inspect goods for damage or discrepancies and report issues.
• Label, scan and put-away items to designated locations.
• Store goods in correct locations and maintain organized storage.
• Pick and prepare items per customer orders and shipment requirements.
• Pack and label goods securely for transportation.
• Assist with staging, loading and unloading shipments.
• Ensure shipment docs and labels are accurate before dispatch.
• Assist with stock counts and inventory checks.
• Maintain accurate warehouse records through the warehouse management system (WMS).

About the role

To support daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, crating and dispatch of goods, ensuring all activities are completed safely, accurately and within the required timelines.

Key responsibilities

• Receive incoming goods and verify quantities against delivery orders and supporting documents
• Inspect goods for visible damage or discrepancies and report any issues
• Perform labelling, scanning and put-away activities
• Ensure goods are stored in their designated locations
• Pick and prepare items according to customer orders and shipment requirements
• Pack, protect and label goods appropriately for transportation
• Assist with staging, loading and unloading of shipments
• Ensure shipment documentation and labels are accurate before dispatch
• Assist with stock counts and inventory checks
• Maintain accurate warehouse records through the warehouse management system (WMS), where applicable

About you

• Minimum secondary education preferred
• Previous warehouse or logistics experience is an advantage
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with warehouse systems are beneficial
• Physically fit and comfortable performing warehouse duties
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Responsible, organised and attentive to detail
• Forklift licence is a must
• Reach truck experience needed
