Job summary

CATALYSTE PTE. LTD. is seeking a reliable Warehouse Associate to join our team in Singapore. You will help receive, store, and pick goods, ensure accurate inventory levels, and prepare orders for delivery while maintaining a clean, safe workspace.

The role suits candidates with physical stamina and good teamwork, able to follow safety guidelines, and willing to work a 5.5-day week. Prior warehouse experience is a plus, forklift certification is helpful but not required.

Join us to lead our warehouse operations, ensuring smooth daily operations, accurate inventory management, and timely order fulfilment while fostering a safe and efficient workplace.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Inventory Management: Assist with receiving and checking of all goods, making sure they’re stored in correct locations

• Order Execution: Preparing orders for delivery according to company guidelines

• Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse to ensure a safe working environment

• Equipment Handling: Operate warehouse equipment safely, following company’s protocols

• Safety Compliance: Follow company’s safety standards and guidelines to minimize risks and avoid workplace accidents

• Any other duties assigned by direct report

Qualifications and Experience Requirements

• Able to perform manual handling tasks, including lifting and moving goods, and standing for extended periods during the course of work

• Previous experience in a warehouse would be a plus

• Ability to work in a fast pace environment

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• Forklift certification is a plus, but not required

• Work location: 5 Sungei Kadut Street 2, Trendspace (S729227)

• Work schedule: 5.5-days every week (Mon-Fri: 8.30am to 5.30pm, Sat: 8.30am to 1pm)
