Job summary

Bugis Street Outlets is seeking a warehouse associate to receive, check and store beauty and personal care products. You will perform picking, packing, labeling and order preparation for delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

You will maintain stock records, assist with regular counts, monitor stock levels, and report discrepancies to the supervisor. The role suits someone who can work fast-paced, independently or with a team, and who has basic English and computer skills.

Job Responsibilities

• Receive, check, and store beauty and personal care products in the warehouse.

• Perform picking, packing, labelling, and preparation of orders for delivery.

• Check product quantities, item codes, and product conditions before dispatch.

• Assist with loading and unloading of goods.

• Maintain proper inventory records and assist with regular stock counts.

• Arrange and organise products according to the Company's storage system.

• Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies, damaged products, or shortages to the supervisor.

• Ensure the warehouse is clean, tidy, and properly organised at all times.

• Assist with stock transfers between warehouse and retail outlets when required.

• Support delivery and logistics arrangements where necessary.

• Follow proper handling procedures for beauty products, packaging materials, and other company goods.

• Perform other warehouse-related duties assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience preferred; candidates without experience may also be considered.

• Physically fit and able to carry and move cartons/products.

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Good attention to detail and accuracy in stock handling.

• Responsible, hardworking, and willing to learn.

• Able to work independently as well as in a team.

• Basic ability to read and understand English.

• Basic computer knowledge is an advantage.

• Experience in FMCG, beauty, cosmetics, retail, or e-commerce warehouse operations will be an added advantage.
