Job summary

Q.B. FOOD TRADING PTE. LTD. is seeking a reliable Warehouse Worker to support daily operations in our Singapore facility. You will receive, store, pick, pack, and unload goods, ensuring accuracy and safety in handling shipments.

The role requires basic literacy, physical fitness, and the ability to follow SOPs. Previous warehouse experience is a plus, and forklift experience is an advantage. You will work as part of a team and may need overtime to meet shipping deadlines.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in warehouse or logistics is an advantage.
• Able to read and verify shipping documents.
• Capable of reading stock records and operating basic computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Receive, pick, pack, stuff and unstuff containers in accordance with warehouse procedures.
• Receive and inspect incoming goods and verify quantities and conditions against shipping documents.
• Store materials in designated locations with proper tagging and record-keeping for stock traceability.
• Ensure all goods are labelled and stored to maintain stock accuracy and enable efficient retrieval.
• Perform loading and unloading of cargo and handle goods safely to prevent damage.
• Maintain proper housekeeping, cleanliness and organization within the warehouse.
• Assist with daily warehouse operations and other ad hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.

• Store materials in designated locations, ensuring proper tagging, labelling and record-keeping for accurate stock identification and traceability.
• Ensure all goods are properly labelled and stored to maintain stock accuracy and facilitate efficient retrieval.
• Perform loading and unloading of cargo and ensure goods are handled safely to prevent damage.
• Maintain proper housekeeping, cleanliness and organization within the warehouse.
• Assist with daily warehouse operations and other ad hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Job requirement:

• Minimum secondary education or equivalent.
• Prior experience in warehouse operations, cargo handling, or logistics is an advantage.
• Able to perform physical work, including lifting, loading and unloading goods, and stuffing and unstuffing containers.
• Able to read and verify shipping documents, delivery orders, and stock records.
• Basic computer literacy and good record-keeping skills.
• Familiarity with stock labelling, tagging, and inventory control procedures is an advantage.
• Physically fit and comfortable working in a warehouse environment.
• Able to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), workplace safety requirements, and instructions from supervisors.
• Responsible, meticulous, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Willing to work overtime or perform other duties as required to support daily warehouse operations.
• Forklift licence or experience operating material-handling equipment is an advantage, where applicable.
