Job summary

Chanel is seeking a Warehouse Assistant in Singapore to support safe, accurate daily warehouse operations. You will help ensure goods are received, stored, checked and prepared for delivery while following safety requirements.

Reporting to the Warehouse Senior Associate, you will perform cycle counts and assist with ad hoc tasks to maintain smooth operations. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in logistics/warehouse, English proficiency, and a proactive, collaborative approach.

Qualifications

• N/O Level or higher in logistics or a related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant logistics/warehouse experience.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Positive attitude and collaborative teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect and store goods.
• Perform quality and quantity checks prior to delivery (pick & pack).
• Carry out scheduled cycle counts (weekly/bi-weekly/monthly).
• Maintain housekeeping and equipment upkeep in the warehouse.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety requirements.
• Support supervisors with ad hoc operational tasks.

Job description

As a Warehouse Assistant within the Distribution Center team in Singapore, you will support safe, accurate and efficient daily warehouse operations. Reporting to the Warehouse Senior Associate, you will help ensure that goods are received, stored, checked and prepared for delivery in line with operational and workplace safety requirements.

• Perform standard warehouse logistics activities such as managing inventory control, including receiving, inspecting and storing goods, inventory transfer.
• To perform quality and quantity check prior to delivery (pick & pack) and upon acceptance at warehouse.
• Perform scheduled weekly, bi-weekly or monthly physical cycle count
• To carry out housekeeping of warehouse and maintenance of equipments.
• Ensure daily tasks are performed in compliance with workplace safety and health requirements
• Support the supervisors with any ad hoc operational task within stipulated timeline

What you will bring

• A meticulous and adaptable working style, with the ability to prioritise, take initiative, manage pressure and handle multiple tasks.
• The ability to work independently and demonstrate practical problem-solving skills.
